Early Morning Routine



 It is important that every individual follows a healthy lifestyle. Starting is easy but maintaining  it is difficult. It all bogs down to when and what time can you give to begin a healthy routine. 
You must have read about models and actors giving extra hour to the daily routine workout to maintain their looks and physique.

Before you begin ask yourself if you are ‘a morning person or a night person.’ If you can figure this out, then you will easily make plans for the future.

Follow a daily morning regime to stay fit:-

If you wake up early in the morning you can do yoga, go for a walk, meditate, or do your morning workout. What workout you do depends on what fits into your routine.
Early morning workout - keeps your body fit physically as well as mentally. Morming  regular exercises helps release endorphins in the brain. These make you active, help you feel better and stay fit.

Surya Namaskar - is a yoga and is a mix of many asanas.  It has amazing effects.

Exhale spa - is a form of  healing therapy. It also helps you get glowing skin. This is not a daily morning routine but you can do it once a week. This therapy includes  massage, facial, acupuncture, nail are, waxing etc.


Meditation routine - Meditation can be followed by a fitness regime. Meditation will relax your body and help you focus on your goal. Meditating daily will lead  to increasing level of concentration.


Early morning walk/ cycling  - you can do this routine for  25 to 45 Minutes. This will keep your body in toned shape. It will control your blood sugar, control your blood pressure, reduce heart problems, control your weight, reduce cholesterol levels and also prevent arthritis.

Morning routines will keep you active, help you lead a healthy and fit life throughout your life.
