It is important to be serious about being fit. Exercise boosts energy and sends oxygen and nutrients to the tissues helping the lungs and heart work better. Exercise also releases endorphins that make you feel happy and confident. To achieve an athletic body you need to dedicate 15 to 20 minutes of exercising daily. The daily regime can be anything that you are comfortable doing – cardio, lifting weights, running, walking. With exercise you need to eat fruits, grains, nuts, which contain vitamins, carbohydrates, fiber which will keep the body working. With this you need to drink at least two to three liters of water every day. Keep the regime moderate to intense.
