Stay healthy to get an athletic body



It is important to be serious about being fit. Exercise boosts energy and sends oxygen and nutrients to the tissues helping the lungs and heart work better. Exercise also releases endorphins that make you feel happy and confident. To achieve an athletic body you need to dedicate 15 to 20 minutes of exercising daily.

The daily regime can be anything that you are comfortable doing – cardio, lifting weights, running, walking. With exercise you need to eat fruits, grains, nuts, which contain vitamins, carbohydrates, fiber which will keep the body working. With this you need to drink at least two to three liters of water every day.

Keep the regime moderate to intense. These can be activities like walking, swimming, and running, dancing, playing basketball, volleyball or mowing the lawn. When you have regime chalked down you can shift the focus to increasing the power, speed, agility and balance.

Strength training can include squats, bench presses, pull-ups, dips and military presses. You can also do rock climbing or gardening instead of the above mentioned training.
A high intensity cardio will help you build your speed. It will certainly make you look leaner faster. You can do hill sprints, treadmill sprints, and rower sprints. With a good exercise regime you need to follow a healthy diet.
Do not cut out crabs from your diet they are needed by the brain and the central nervous system to function. No carbs will make you feel tired and lethargic. Soluble fiber helps keep the cholesterol and blood sugar levels within permissible limits. Insoluble fiber helps fight constipation. Eating proteins give your body energy through calories. Fat is important as it helps absorb vitamins and helps run the immune system, to maintain the cell structure and its functions.

                         A healthy body is an indication of a healthy mind.
