How to be fit naturally

Being fit is something that everyone strives for – for health, to look good, and stay ahead in the race. You wish to get strong and may want to try supplements like boosters, fat blockers, suppressants which can be bought at stores or online. These products may or may not work and may have possible side effects.
It is important that you should use natural methods to get fit with just food and exercise.

Give up food that is deep fried, sweet, processed food and meats. You should replace them with healthy options of vegetables, fruits, nuts, lean meat, fish, beans and whole grains etc.
Start your day with a nutritious breakfast made of fiber rich bowl it may include oatmeal cooked in low fat milk and berries. Or the whole grain toast with natural peanut butter. It gives the body the energy required to function at its optimum.

You can try to eat small meals after every two or three hours. It will keep your metabolism high and energy level stable. Keep the meals a mix of complex carbs and proteins like cottage cheese, walnuts, pineapple mixed together.

Remove the high calorie beverages like colas from your diet. Take water instead, it is completely free of calories and will hydrate your body. Also drop soda pop, flavored coffee, sweet tea, fruit drinks, lattes and slush. Just drink 8 to 10 glasses of water.

Perform cardio vascular exercises to improve your aerobic ability and also to burn more calories. Do any cardio exercise but do it continuous don’t give up after a few days - like power walking, biking, running, stair climbing, kick boxing, jumping ropes and elliptical training. Do them for 45 to 60 minutes.

Lift weights, build muscles and boost metabolism. Exercise your joints, multiple muscle groups, do dumbbell presses, tricep dips, curls, lunges and pull-ups. Perform 10 to 12 repetitions and four sets. Use heavy weights that you can lift and workout at least two to three times a week.

Get out – walk, run, hike, climb, play badminton, baseball, tennis etc. Don’t stay up late, sleep deprivation causes low energy, increase in weight, and mental strength goes down. Try for seven to eight hours of sleep.
